Was greeted upon arrival, "It's 300 baht per hour for a room." This hotel basically called my Wife a prostitute.Terrible

When I first arrived to the hotel, the lady at the front desk said, It's 300 baht per hour for a room.' Shocked and appalled I told her, the lady traveling with me is my Wife! Yes, this really happened. I have been traveling all my life all over the world, never had something like this happen. The girl at the front desk should be arrested because prostitution in Thailand is illegal, and she is obviously selling it. After I told her I'm a regular guest with a regular room, I made her apologize to me, but it wasn't enough. She had already ruined my trip for sure. Once I finally checked in, the room was horrific. Noisy, dirty, and I didn't even want to be there, or touch much anything, knowing what type of hotel this was. This was the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and the lady at the front needs an ass whopping. She is terrible, the hotel is terrible, and it's a front for a Sex ring. Nasty, nasty, nasty!! Don't stay here, unless of course you don't mind the filth!

Budget hotel so it was well priced however you'd expect basic cleanliness!? The bathroom was dreadful especially the toilet seat which was a horrible yellow stained colour. Mould was everywhere in the silicon and the door was dreadfully damp and stained. I told the staff about this and that I wasn't happy. All they did was say sorry and did absolutely nothing. Not even move room or change the toilet seat!?

Despite accepting my reservation and confirming it, also sending me 2 follow-up emails to confirm my non-smoking room and arrival time requests, when I arrived at 8 pm on Thursday night I was met by a surly security guard who told me the hotel was closed, as were most (but not all) other hotels in Bangkok during the Covid pandemic. There was no apology or offer of help to find a room, just a shrug. It was late in the evening and the streets were dark. And curfew was fast approaching. I am elderly and walk with a stick. I had just traveled 300 km to get to Bangkok and was tired and ready to sleep. I was left to wander the streets alone looking or a room for the night. It was a horrible and stressful experience. I have stayed here many many times in the past, but never again. How can they accept a reservation knowing full well they cannot fulfill it? Totally unprofessional.

Small hostel in the busy soi 7/1 with very nice and helpful staff. The rooms are ok and cleaned up every day. Equipped with TV, Coffee, loaded refrigeraror and a blowdryer. From there you can reach within minutes she Nana BTS Station and other spots in the Sukhumvit.

Me and my friend went Bangkok 1st time so we were alao not having any idea regarding the hotel. We booked the hotel through booking.com. The room is in the hub of the city beside BTS Nana Sukhumvit 7/11. Awesome room, nice people, helpful helpdesk, well maintained. Just without thinking much you may bood this hotel. Just lived it.
